Supplement to "Perceived Ambiguity and Relevant Measures"

This supplement contains results identifying the relevant measures and implications of comparative ambiguity aversion for Continuous Symmetric versions of several additional models from the ambiguity literature: the extended MEU with contraction model, the vector expected utility model, and the second-order Choquet representation of invariant biseparable preferences.  It concludes by describing a technique for identifying relevant measures in additional models.
